Guide
Put it on your phone like an app.
Just a few taps: SmartCliente will have its own icon on your home screen, open full screen and be able to send you notifications. Choose your phone.
1Open the link in Chrome
Open Chrome and go to SmartCliente (link below).
2Tap the ⋮ menu
At the top right, tap the three dots ⋮.
3“Install app”
Tap “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”), then Install.
4Done: here’s the icon
You’ll find SmartCliente among your apps, with its icon. Always open it from there.
Can’t see “Install app”? Update Chrome from the Play Store and try again. On some phones (Samsung) it’s called “Add page to Home screen” or is in the ≡ menu of Samsung Internet.
1Open the link in Safari
On iPhone use Safari (other browsers may not work).
2Tap “Share”
Tap the Share icon (the square with the arrow pointing up).
3“Add to Home Screen”
Scroll and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then Add.
4Done: here’s the icon
The SmartCliente icon is on your Home Screen. Always open it from there.
Important on iPhone: notifications only work if the app has been added to the Home Screen and you open it from the icon. iOS 16.4 or later is required (Settings → General → About → iOS Version).
Turn on notifications
Same on Android and iPhone, after adding the icon to the Home screen.
1Open from the icon
Open SmartCliente from the icon on your Home screen (not from the browser).
2Tap “Turn on notifications”
When the app suggests it, tap 🔔 Turn on notifications. You’ll also find it in More → Phone notifications.
3Tap “Allow”
Your phone asks for permission: tap Allow.
4Done
You’ll get alerts about prices and news even when the app is closed. Change them anytime in More → Phone notifications.
